Main products

Chern Shuo offers varieties of products, including air duct system and air pollution treatment equipment. We provide a total-solution, covering from initial design and material selection to manufacturing, post-sales support, quality control, and ongoing maintenance.

Wet scrubber

Wet scrubber

Wet scrubbers are mainly used to deal with water soluble pollutants in waste gas and can also remove particulate products. With this system, exhausted gas can be directly emitted into the tower's filling layer, where it undergoes a chemical absorbing reaction with neutralization liquid. This process effectively manages volatile organic compounds, such as sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, and ammonia—which makes the pollutants soluble in water in the waste gas

1

Well-suited for wet oxidation scrubber systems targeting odors like acetic acid, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, ethyl mercaptan, and dimethyl sulfide.

2

Utilizes inorganic acid salts as the primary oxidizer, preventing additional burden on subsequent wastewater treatment processes (eg. sulfide, hydrogen peroxide, ozone, chlorine, etc.).

3

Offers flexibility in filling material for selection, with options such as traditional Raschig rings, structural filling materials, or hybrid designs.

4

Applicable in various scopes, such as managing process exhausting gas and wastewater plant biological treatment exhausts.
